The Shaunavon, Saskatchewan sited Soil C Lab aims to provide information to the agricultural community that can be used to improve soil carbon and microorganisms throughout soil profiles. We assist local gardeners, ranchers with dugouts, and those with private wells measure and understand water quality parameters. Our mandate is to help bridge agricultural science and practices on the land to improve productivity, restore biodiversity, and help communities communicate and produce results that ultimately help ranchers, farmers, gardeners and land-managers profit from changes they make in agricultural practices that improve their soil.
Analytical precision and accuracy for each measurement differs for each test and is reported on the client report. Results questioned by the client will be re-analyzed upon request. No charge will be made unless a re-analysis confirms the original results. Disclaimer: SCLaboratory's warranty is limited to the accuracy of the samples received for analysis. Soil heterogeneity is an inherent characteristic for most regions and no implication on the area over which the results for a single sample apply is made: analysis are sample and site specific. Clients are directed to Professional Agronomists for advice on soil applications and treatments.
